EXCEPTING THEREFROM: A part of Lot 3 in Greenbriar Subdivision to the City of Kokomo, Center Township, Howard County, Indiana, as shown in Recorder's Pint Book 5, page 92, described as follows: Beginning on the North line of said Lot, South 84 degrees 04 minutes 06 seconds East 34.747 meters (104.00 feet) from the Northwest corner of said Lot, which point is designated as point "675" on said plat thence along the North line of said Lot, Southeasterly 6.737 meters (22.10 feet) along an arc to the right having a radius of 6.096 meters (20.00 feet) and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of South 52 degrees 41 minutes 24 seconds East and a length of 6.399 meters (20.99 feet) to point "749" designated on said plat, which point sun the East line of said Lot, thence North 52 degrees 41 minutes 24 seconds West 6.399 meters (20.99 feet) to the point of beginning, containing 42 square feet, more or less. Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
