NOTICE TO BIDDERS City of Lebanon, Indiana Owner: Lebanon Community Development Corporation 401 S. Meridian Street Lebanon, IN. 46052 Project/Work: Removal of three (3) Unsafe Structures in Center Township Notice is hereby given that the City of Lebanon will receive sealed bids for the above described "Project/Work" at: City of Lebanon Board of Works, 401 S. Meridian Street Clerk/Treasurer, Room 118 Lebanon, IN. 46052 until 1:30 PM (local time) on July 25, 2016. Commencing at 7PM on the same date, such bids will be publicly opened and read at the Lebanon Board of Works meeting, located in the City of Lebanon Council Chambers, 401 S. Meridian Street Lebanon, IN. 46052. No late bids will be accepted. All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in Boone County, Indiana. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of three (3) unsafe structures in Center Township, Boone County, Indiana. Contract Documents for the Project/Work have been assembled into one or more bound Project Manuals which may be examined at the City of Lebanon Planning & Zoning Office, 401 S. Meridian Street Second Floor, Lebanon, IN. 46052. Copies may be obtained during weekday office hours of 8 AM - 4 PM. This Work will be funded by the City of Lebanon. The participation goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) for this contract is N/A. A pre-bid conference for discussion of the Work and the bidding requirements will be held on Monday, 07/18/2016, at 1 PM at the City of Lebanon Council Chambers, 401 S. Meridian Street Lebanon, IN. 46052. All prospective Bidders are strongly urged to attend the pre-bid conference.
