NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on July 18, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held before the City of Lebanon Plan Commission in the Municipal Building, 401 S. Meridian Street in the City of Lebanon, IN. The consideration of Docket #16-16; on the application for a Development Plan in accordance with the Thoroughfare Overlay Standards of the Unified Development Ordinance. The application submitted by Kylie Hackett representing Champion Gym for an Improvement Location Permit Application as specified in the Zoning Code of Lebanon: Ordinance # 74-12, as amended. The consideration of the requested Development Plan approval is for a gymnastics studio to be located at 513 W. Main Street.
