Frederick Defendants CASE No. 22C01-1603-MF- 380 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE Pursuant to a certified copy of a judgment to me directed from the Clerk of the Floyd Circuit Court, in Cause No. 22C01-1603-MF-380, requiring me to provide the sums pursuant to said Judgment, with interest and costs, I will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the 9th day of August, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 am (Local time, currently E.S.T.), at the office of the Sheriff of Floyd County, in the City of New Albany, in Floyd County, Indiana, the following described real estate in Floyd County, Indiana, to-wit: See attached "Exhibit A" Subject to any and all easements and restrictions of record affecting said real estate. Together with the rents, issues, income and profits thereof. Subject also to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Case No. 22C01-1603-MF-380 in the Circuit Court of Floyd County, Indiana. The street address of the real estate is known as: 4220 Kamer Miller Rd., New Albany, IN 47150 Tax Parcel No. is 22-05-08-500-023.000-007. The sale will be made for cash, without relief from valuation or appraisement laws, and without any right of redemption from the sale. And, the sale will be made subject to all unpaid real estate taxes and assessments and all unpaid sewer charges or liens.
