NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer for the Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals of the County of Elkhart, Indiana, will hold public hearings in the Meeting Room at the Department of Public Services Building, 4230 Elkhart Road, Goshen, Indiana, on the 20th day of July 2016.
