NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Advisory Plan Commission of Elkhart County, Indiana, will hold public hearings in the Meeting Room at the Department of Public Services Building, 4230 Elkhart Road, Goshen, Indiana, on the 14th day of July 2016. The public hearings will begin at 9:00 A.M. (local time), and the following order and times have been scheduled for the petitions before the Advisory Plan Commission. All petitions will be heard no earlier than the designated time unless modified prior to the first hearing. 9:00 A.M. Perry W. Yoder & Marla R. Market Street (US 6), 2,300 ft. west of CR 9, common address of 2637 Market Street in Union Township. Greenfield Corp. (seller) and Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. (buyer) represented by Ceso, Inc. - for a zone map change from General Planned Unit Development B-3 to Detailed Planned Unit Development B-3 and General Planned Unit Development M-1 to be known as LOVE'S ELKHART - DPUD on property located on the west side of CR 17, 1,800 ft. north of CR 18, in Concord Township. None of the above proposals would add or amend any penalty or forfeiture provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
