Brumback NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Madison Circuit Court 1 of Madison County, Indiana, in Cause No. 48C01-1507-MF-000282 wherein PNC Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Neal Brumback, solely in the capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lee I.
