Chase/Rumple NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Rush Superior Court of Rush County, Indiana, in Cause No. 70D01-1406-MF-000208 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., was Plaintiff, and Jamie D. Chase, Jeremy E. Rumple, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority and Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. f/k/a Capital One Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of April, 2016 at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 131 East First Street, Rushville, IN 46173, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Rush County, Indiana. Beginning at a point Forty-nine (49) rods and Five (5) feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Ten (10) East; running thence South, One Hundred Eighty-three (183) feet to the North Line of the Indianapolis Pike, now U.S. Highway No. 52; thence North Seventy-one (71) degrees Fifteen (15) minutes West following the North line of said highway, Thirty-two (32) feet; thence North Two Hundred Twenty-two (222) feet; thence South Eighty-one (81) degrees East Thirty and Nine Tenths (30.9) feet; thence South Forty-five (45) feet to the place of beginning; said tract lying in the Southwest quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Ten (10) East, and in the Northwest quarter of Section Six (6), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Ten (10) East.
