NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on the application for Development Standard Variances on the 5th day July, 2016 at 7:00 pm. The BZA meeting is located at 401 S. Meridian Street, the Municipal Building, Council Chambers 2nd floor. This application, submitted by Ryan & Amanda St. Julien requests 2 development standards variances, specifically, UDO section 7.14 fence wall and standards. The subject property is located on corner lot which is determined to have two front yard setbacks, respectively found on Ann and Washington Street. Variance 1 seeks a a height variance for the allowance of 60' inches (5' feet), as opposed to adhering to the UDO requirement of 42' inches per Section 7.14.B.1 on both Ann and Washington Streets. Variance 2 seeks the allowance of wood privacy fence to be located on Ann and Washington Streets as depicted on the site plan association with Docket # (16-18) which seeks a reprieve of Section 7.14.B.2 requiring a fence to remain 50% open per the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The property is located at 623 East Washington Street. The legal description is as follows: Williamson Lot 11. Board of Zoning Appeals has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Board or in the office of the City of Lebanon Building Inspector's Office, at or before such hearing and will be heard by the Board at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
