McCloughan required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. of said day as listed above, at the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department, 26861 C.R. 26, Elkhart, Indiana, 46517, the fee simple of whole body of Real Estate in Elkhart County, Indiana: real estate in Elkhart County in the State of Indiana, to wit: Lot Number Fifty- five (55) as the said Lot is known and designated on the recorded Plat of J.A.
