NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of Southeastern School Corporation, Cass County, Indiana will receive bids on the following items until 8:00 A.M. on Monday, July 11, 2016 in the Conference Room at Southeastern School Corporation, 100 S Main, P.O. Box 104 Walton, Indiana 46994, bids will eb opened on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. 45,000 gallons, +/- Diesel Fuel 45,000 gallons, +/- Biodiesel B5 fuel Specifications are on file in the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, 100 S. Main, Walton, Indiana 46994. Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 95, properly executed and accompanied by a properly completed non-collusion affidavit as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid. Check or bid bond shall be made payable to the Southeastern School Corporation, Walton, Indiana. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to award a bid to the best bidder, not necessarily the low bidder and reject any and/or all bids, or to waive any informalities in bidding.
