NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice by the Madison County Board of Zoning Appeals Notice is hereby given that the Madison County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on June 28, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner's Court (Room #110) on the first floor of the Government Center located at 16 East 9th Street, Anderson, IN, to consider petition #2016-V-004 by: Dennis Richwine, owners and petitioners requesting: a variance from development standards to provide requirement relief for a pole barn to be placed in front of the primary structure on a parcel of ground located on the east side of CR 350 W, north of W. CR 200 N (Cross Street) with a commonly known address of 2068 N. 350 W., Anderson, IN 46011 and also described by the legal description which may be viewed at the office of the Madison County Planning Commission.
