NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASS COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Cass County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing starting at 6:00 PM on June 27, 2016, in the County Commissioners Hearing Room, 2nd Floor of the Cass County Government Building, Room 203, 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the Board will consider the petition of Friends of the Panhandle Pathway requesting a Use Variance to allow for off premise signage. The property is located at 7605 N US 35, Royal Center, IN 46978 and is zoned AG, Agriculture. The property is more fully described by as: Pt NE 1/4 Interested persons desiring to express their views on this petition, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to 200 Court Park, Room 306, Cass County Government Building, Logansport, Indiana 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 2:00 PM on the day before the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time. An adverse decision may be appealed to the Circuit Court within (30) thirty days. A copy of the staff report will be available in room 306 of the Cass County Government Building five days prior to the hearing.
