The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on: A part of Survey #101 of the Illinois Grant, Charlestown Township, Clark County, Indiana, and also being part of the land described in (Combs 267-490), described as follows: Beginning at a 1" brass plug in the centerline of State Road 62 at the West Corner of Survey #101 of the Illinois Grant. Thence South 40 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 2159.36 feet along the southwest line of said survey to an iron pin set, the true place of beginning. Thence North 49 degrees 30 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 638.63 feet to a nail set in the centerline of Decker Lane; thence South 40 degrees 34 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 331.82 feet along said centerline to a nail set; thence South 49 degrees 39 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 400.0 feet along (Combs 28-6470) to an iron pin set; thence South 40 degrees 34 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 400.00 feet along (Combs 28-6470) to a nail set in the centerline of Rocket Plant Road; thence South 49 degrees 39 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 239.79 feet along said centerline to a nail set in Southwest Line of Survey #101; thence North 40 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 729.75 feet along said Survey Line to the true place of beginning, containing 7.0484 acres. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are follows: Nathan Combs, 15520 Rocket Plant Road, Charlestown, IN 47111; Nathan Combs, 9055 Woodford Drive, Charlestown, IN 47111 First Harrison Bank, c/o First Harrison Bank 220 Federal Drive, Corydon, IN 47112; Lisa G. Raisor, 15520 Rocket Plant Rd, Charlestown, IN 47111; Tim J. Zeringue, 3040 Pebblebrook, Jeffersonville, IN 47130; and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown: Jones-Kimmco Leasehold Partnership In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction of occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit is published, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
