STATE OF INDIANA IN THE MORGAN CIRCUIT COURT SS: MORGAN COUNTY CAUSE NO. 55D01-1604-GU-33 IN THE MATTER OF THE GUARDIANSHIP OF BRENNON L. WILLIAMS, SUMMONS FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION & NOTICE OF GUARDIANSHIP HEARING EDWARD J. WILLIAMS AND NANCY WILLIAMS, Petitioners SUMMONS FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF CHILD IN NEED OF SERVICES HEARING TO: Shane Burke as well as any Unknown Alleged Father NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the above noted parent whose whereabouts are unknown, and who is the alleged parent of Brennon L. Williams, D.O.B.: March 2, 2005, as well as any Unknown Alleged Father whose whereabouts are also unknown, that Petitioners have filed a Verified Petition for Appointment of Permanent Guardianship. On July 11th, 2016, at 3:30 p.m. In the Morgan County Superior Court 1, at the Morgan County Court House, 10 E. Washington St., Martinsville, IN 46151, 765-342-1030, will hold a hearing to determine whether a guardian should be appointed or a protective order should be issued for Brennon L. Williams. At the hearing the court will determine whether Brennon L. Williams is an incapacitated person or minor under Indiana law. This proceeding may substantially affect the rights of Brennon L. Williams. If the court finds that Brennon L. Williams is an incapacitated person or minor, the court at the hearing shall also consider whether Edward J. and Nancy Williams should be appointed as guardian of Brennon L. Williams. The court may, in its discretion, appoint some other qualified person as guardian. The court may also, in its discretion, limit the powers and duties of the guardian to allow Brennon L. Williams to retain control over certain property and activities. The court may also determine whether a protective order should be entered on behalf of Brennon W. Williams. YOU MUST RESPOND by appearing in the case in person or by attorney within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this notice and in the event you fail to do so, an adjudication on said petition and a dispositional decree may be entered against you without further notice..
