Whisler/Beckham NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Boone County, Indiana, in Cause No. 06C01-1203-MF-160, wherein KeyBank National Association was the Plaintiff and Kris Whisler aka J. Kristine Beckham was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interests and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM of said day, at the 1905 Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon IN 46052, 765-482-1412, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Boone County, Indiana: Commonly known as: 4726 E. 210 N., Lebanon, IN 46052 Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, Center Township, Boone County, Indiana, more fully described by: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence along the East line thereof, North 00 degrees 43 minutes 52 seconds East 858.00 feet; thence along the approximate center line of Slabtown Road, North 89 degrees 30 minutes 33 seconds West 1314.02 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along said Slabtown Road, North 89 degrees 30 minutes 33 seconds West 170.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 52 minutes 42 seconds East 256.42 feet; thence south 89 degrees 30 minutes 33 seconds East 170.00 feet to a point on the East line of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter Section; thence along said East line and the West described line of the Dale Martin and June Cooper property recorded in Deed Record 235, page 455, Boone County Recorder's Office, South 00 degrees 52 minutes 42 seconds West 256.24 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.0000 acre, more or less, and being subject to the Right of Way for Slabtown Road on and along the entire South described boundary.
