NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE TO CHANGE CITY OF ELWOOD ZONING MAP YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the City of Elwood Common Council intends to consider an Ordinance to amend the City of Elwood Zoning Map contained in the City of Elwood Code of Ordinances Title XV: Land Use, which was considered pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-602 by the City of Elwood Plan Commission on June 2, 2016. The Council will consider the Ordinance on the 6th day of June, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elwood Municipal Building Courtroom, Elwood, Madison County, Indiana. Written objections to the proposal that are filed with the Elwood Clerk Treasurer at or before the Hearing will be heard. The Hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
