NOTICE OF UTICA INDIANA ANNEXATION OUTREACH PROGRAM AND MEETINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The civil town of Utica Indiana has had filed, with its Clerk-Treasurer, a series of Petitions requesting an Ordinance of Annexation. Under provisions of I.C. 36-4-3-1.7 the Town Council has committed to six (6) specific Outreach Program meetings about the annexation process. This notice is published because Utica is proposing to annex territory that includes property owned by persons in the proposed annexation territory who are also planned to receive an individual notice by mail. Utica Town government is conducting an Outreach Program for the purpose of providing information to landowners and the public regarding the proposed annexation. The LOCATION of all Annexation Outreach Program meetings shall be at the Utica Town Hall located at 107 N. 4th Street, Utica Indiana. The DATE and TIME of each meeting to be held under the Outreach Program described in this Notice shall be: 1. June 1, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. 2. June 14, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. 3. June 21, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. 4. July 5, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. 5. July 12, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. 6. July 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. This notice and notification is published to provide additional notice to affected landowners within the proposed annexation area at least thirty (30) days prior to the first meeting set out above. Maps showing proposed boundaries and proposed plans for the annexation territory and proposed plans for extension of capital and non-capital services in the annexation territory (including proposed dates of extension) and information as to expected fiscal impact of annexation on taxpayers in the annexation area (including any increases in taxes and fees if any) will be provided at each meeting shown above.
