LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Daviess County, Indiana that proper legal officers of the Daviess County Council at their regular meeting place in the Commissioners Room of the Daviess County Courthouse, Washington, IN at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. C.A.G.I.T. Circuit Court Pauper Attorney $150,000.00 TOTAL $150,000.00 C.E.D.I.T. E.G. & G. BOND $97,843.75 Olon Bond $222,943.75 Tech Park Lease $95,500.00 TOTAL $416,287.50 G.P.C. TIF City of Wash. 2014-A Bond $97,187.50 City of Wash. 2014-B Bond $183,012.50 TOTAL $280,200.00 GRAND TOTAL $846,487.50 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF).
