NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, June 14, 2016m, at 6:30 p.m. in the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077 to consider the following Petition: 2016-12-DSV, Gregory A. & Catheryn K. Dozier requests a Development Standards Variance to provide for or permit: Petition for Development Standards Variance to provide for the Accessory square footage to exceed the Primary square footage in the (R2), Rural Residential Zoning District The property involved is more commonly known as: 3273 E. 700 South, Lebanon, IN 46052 and is legally described as: That the true and correct legal description of the property is as follows: A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 17 North, Range 1 East, Perry Township, Boone County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a magnetic nail found marking the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 10; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East 391.11 feet along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said section 10 to a 5/8-inch diameter rebar; thence South 03 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East 483.90 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter rebar with plastic cap stamped "DODGE"; thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds West 411.20 feet to the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 10 and a 5/8-inch diameter rebar with plastic cap stamped "DODGE"; thence North 00 degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds West 483.28 feet along the West line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 10 to the Point of Beginning. The Public Hearing is open to the public. Oral comments to the Petition for 2016-12-DSV will be heard at the Public Hearing.
