Whitestown Parkway (est), and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Whitestown Board of Zoning Appeals, which petition requests a Special Exception for the said property in order to: On behalf of Diversified Property Group, LLC, Owner of the above described address respectfully requests that a Special Exception be granted from the Whitestown Board of Zoning Appeals. This Exception is expressly available to the Board in the Zoning Ordinance. The requested Exception is to allow the Rainbow Child Care Center be constructed in a GB zoned District.
