Middendorf NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Decatur County, Indiana, in Cause No. 16D01-1509-MF-421, wherein Beneficial Financial I Inc., Successor By Merger To Beneficial Indiana Inc.
