Legal Notice on Indiana Department of Transportation Overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal This notice is published in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR, Part 26). The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is proposing an overall DBE utilization goal of 10.9% for its DBE Program for federal fiscal years 2017 through 2019. The goal and the rationale for establishing it are available for inspection during normal business hours at INDOT for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication or via the INDOT website at http://www.in.gov/indot/2674.htm. Comments on the proposed overall goal will be accepted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
