SUMMONS BE IT KNOWN, that on the 2nd day of May, 2016, the Plaintiff, Peak Community Services, d/b/a Woodlawn Center, in the above-entitled cause of action, by their attorney, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court their Complaint against the above-named Defendant, Orville Merrill, together with an affidavit of a competent person that the Defendant, Orville Merrill, hereinabove named is believed to be deceased and it is unknown if a personal representative was appointed and that the purpose of said proceeding is to quiet the Plaintiff's title as against all demands and claims of Defendant, Orville Merrill, and each of them, and as against all claimants whatsoever and as against the world in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Cass, State of Indiana, to-wit: Lot numbered Seventeen in Woodlawn Addition to the City of Logansport. Said Defendant, Orville Merrill, is, therefore, hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him and that, unless they appear and respond thereto at the Cass County Government Building in the City of Logansport, in Cass County, in the State of Indiana, within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this notice, judgment by default may be entered against them for the relief requested in the complaint, and said complaint and the matters and things contained and alleged therein will be heard and determined in their absence.
