Grizzell NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Rush Superior Court of Rush County, Indiana, in Cause No. 70D01-1601-MF-0013 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Kenneth R. Grizzell, Deceased and Midland Funding LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 2nd day of June, 2016 at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 131 East First Street, Rushville, IN 46173, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Rush County, Indiana.
