CASE NO. 10C01-1409-CC-1283 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE Pursuant to a certified copy of a Judgment to me directed from the Clerk of the Clark County Circuit Court No. 1, in Cause No. 10C01-1409-CC-1283, requiring me to provide the sums pursuant to said judgment, with interest and costs, I will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the 9th day of June, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., prevailing local time, at the office of the Sheriff of Clark County, Indiana, at the Courthouse, 501 East Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, the real estate located at the commonly known address of 901 French Street, in Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, which is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A part of Lots No. 26 & 25 Block No. 8 of Fulton Grove Subdivision, No. 2, City of Jeffersonville, Clark County Indiana as shown in Plat Book 4, Page 53, described as follows: Beginning at the East corner of Lot No. 26, Thence N 35^W 48.5 feet along French Street to a chain link fence, Thence S 55^W 69.5 feet along the fence, Thence S 35^ E 48.5 feet to Ninth Street, Thence N 55^ E 69.5 feet along Ninth Street to THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, Containing 0.07738 acre more or less. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record affecting said real estate, together with the rents, issues, income, and profits thereof. The sale will be made for cash, without relief from valuation or appraisement laws, and without any right of redemption from the sale. And, the sale will be made subject to all unpaid real estate taxes, assessments, and sewer use charges or liens.
