NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pendleton, Indiana, will receive sealed bids until 6:30 PM on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the Pendleton Town Hall, 100 West State St., Pendleton, IN 46064, or by U.S. mail at P.O. Box 358, Pendleton, IN 46064, for the furnishing of materials, equipment and labor for street and other public improvements in the Town of Pendleton as follows: Town of Pendleton 2016 Paving Project. Bids shall be submitted on prescribed form No. 96 which is included in the bid package. Bid packages are available from the Town Manager's office during normal business hours. A bid bond is not required for this project. A certificate of insurance and a Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond must be submitted to the Town of Pendleton from the successful bidder.
